Tattiana Brenes-Stahl chairs the firm’s probate, trust, and guardianship litigation practice. She represents individual, corporate, and charitable clients in will and trust contests and guardianship disputes at the trial and appellate levels. Tattiana has also represented U.S. based global clients in international litigation and in cross-border transactions.
