He reviews each client’s goals and crafts a plan to serve their specific needs, often implementing trusts and other sophisticated techniques, helping the client minimize their tax exposure, and avoid the unnecessary complications of guardianship and probate.
Mr. Savioli also handles all aspects of estate and trust administration, business formation, business succession planning (including the drafting of buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements), charitable gifting and planning, prenuptial and postnuptial planning, and issues regarding real estate transactions.
Mr. Savioli is a member of the Florida Bar, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council. He is an active member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at Florida Atlantic University, teaching both estate planning and probate administration.
