A native of south Florida, Brooke R. Eisensmith graduated from the University of Florida (in finance, with honors), received her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law.


Ms. Eisensmith has been practicing in the area of Wills, Trusts, and Estates through her entire legal career. Her focus is counseling clients on a diverse array of issues, including estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, corporate formation, and prenuptial and postnuptial planning. As part of the process, Ms. Eisensmith advises her clients on transfer tax issues, potential litigation risks, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Ms. Eisensmith is a member of the Florida Bar and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, and she is a graduate of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Council. Ms. Eisensmith has participated in the leadership of the Alliance Chapter of BNI Broward for several years, currently serving her second term as Secretary and Treasurer. Ms. Eisensmith is also actively involved with the Jewish Federations in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and is 365 Co-Chair for Broward County’s Young Adult Division.
